Last week Laws.com reported on a father and his sons performing ritualistic rape on children. Most of the victims were Burrell E. Mohler’s actual grandchildren, but apparently they were not the only ones to be sexually abused by this family. Another female has come forward about the abuse she suffered when she was younger at the hands of the Mohlers, and that has added even more charges to their already long list. The fifteen new charges include forcible sodomy, the use of a child in a sexual performance, and rape of a child younger than 12. The woman who has stepped forward is now 29 years old, and has claimed that she and three other children had their wrists bound together, were blindfolded, and then raped by three men.

A search warrant has been obtained for the premesis because of the belief that there might be bodies buried in the Mohlers’ old farm, but as of yet, there police have not mentioned whether they have actually found anything. As terrible as these are, it might not actually be the end of it. Three of the children that have claimed that they faced sexal abuse are now saying that their father, Burrell E. Mohler Jr., forced them to help murder a man. These accusations provide reasoning behind why the police obtained the search warrant in the first place to try and find bodies. All of the accused family members will be heading into court in early December.
